Pieter van Niekerk is an Information Security Consultant, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has delivered security advisory services to enterprise-class customers in countries all across the planet and across every conceivable industry sector for well over 30 years. Pieter holds an MBA in addition to academic achievements in Criminology, Law, and International Politics. He is a PCI-Qualified Security Assessor, ISO-27001 Lead Auditor, and ISO-27001 Lead Implementer. Pieter's training comes with real-world experience and a passion for sharing that experience with students.
